Let us encourage cooperation, not competition as competition is one of five emotional cancers

However, we can look in example from our life. In our schools first,second or third boy is not helpful to other students in study. Because they think, if they help others, they may loss the competition and loss the place. However, student with lower places are not that much self centered as they are not competing for any position.


But if there is gradings systems, then each other will help to get the good grade.

if we encourage cooperation by our systems , then every one achieves more personally and collectively. If we encourage competition, then winner may achieve more but others can not and collective achievement is not also that much.

So for our national development we have to make systems that encourage cooperation, not competition among us .
