What is leadership and what is managerial job is not clear to many people in leadership positions , particularly politicians in Bangladesh.
Hence sitting in the leadership position , they become involved in managerial job and think that they are working devotedly for their organisation, party or government by working 7days/week, 18 hours/day and doing great job. But the results hardly supports their perception.
So what is the result of such managerial job? If the person in top leadership position in any organisation, party or government is involved in mostly managerial task, then there is none to lead the organisation ,party or govt. Then it seems that there is no leader, no co-ordination in the organisation, party or govt. So hardly any progress , chaos everywhere and frustration too.
This is what exactly happening now in Bangladesh government. None leading Bangladesh govt and AL though someone sitting in the leadership position. Hence the situation is deteriorating day by day. People ,even party leaders and well wishers becoming frustrated. This also tells us that managment is not good. Bangladesh is being badly managed.
