Tulip or Joy: Who would be better future leader for AL and Bangladesh ?

We may like it or not, family dynasty will continue in Bangladeshi politics.  But for how long?  I think, another 10-15 years, at best 20 years.
There is no competitor for Tarique Rahman in BNP. So there is no scope to make a comparison.   His strength and weakness as a leader can be evaluated. May be some time later.  But there are many people in AL. The two most prominent candidates for the top positions in AL are Tulip Siddique and Sajob Wajed Joy.  So they can be evaluated. Who would be better Leader for AL and Bangladesh between these two young people?
I would say, Tulip Siddiq. She has already proved her leadership by being councillor of a city council in London.   It is not easy to get nomination for councillor post from a party, is not that easy in developed world Like England.   None can buy nomination all on a sudden. Some one needs to   show his/her commitment and skill persistently and consistently. Then one gets nomination.  To win people’s support is another revealation  of  her leadership.  It may sound rude, but reality is that it is much more difficult to become councillor of a city in metropolitan area in a developed country than to get nomination and get elected as MP in Bangladesh.  So Tulip already has proved that she is  a leader. She could maintain her position acceptably in Helmet tower city council election not involving in mud slinging . This shows her maturity as a leader.

But, is there any such proof for Joy that he is a leader? Did he become even class captain any time, any where? I have no information. I also never met Joy. I know all about him from his talk and interview in media.
Many a times he was aksed about joining Bangladeshi politics. He didn’t show any commitment for Bangladeshi politics.  He always pretended to be great person and showed negligence for Bangladeshi politics.  From his interview with BBC just after  making him party member in Rangupur district shows that pretention , lack of commitment and gratitude in him though his was saying  of being grateful.

He couldn’t show even normal courtesy when Tarique Rahman sent him a letter.   He also showed her poor thinking quality when he said “I have a masters degree in Public Administration from Harvard University” in response to question By Arshad Mamud in Washington. He again said that all of the members of his family have master degree in answering a question by Munni Shaha.

He wanted to say that he has masters degree and earn livelihood. So he doesn’t need to involve in corruption. But we know people mostly engage in corruption for greed, not for need. All of our corrupt  BCS cadres have masters degree and they earn  their livelihood. Does it prevent them from corruption?
Trying to portay  himself innocent referring to his master degree reveal his poor quality of thinking and understanding  as a person.  People with such poor quality can never be a leader, let alone a good or great leader.  If he gets the top position of AL, it would be a disaster for AL and Bangladesh.
We also saw that he didn’t come to bury his father.  This shows his poor relationship with his father along with his weakness in interpersonal relationship.
His  article just before the last election where he mentioned  500% times growth of Burqa(Which was later removed being harsely criticized) and  other lies also  reveals how detrimental  leader he will be  for AL and Bangladesh.
But who are  we  to decide who will be leader of AL?   Is there any say for the supporters and  well wisher  of AL ? Or only   Hasina has a say and she is the only and one to have a say?

Even Sayma would be better leader than JOy. Is hasina preparing her for that purpose, building her Image asking her working on Autism?
