If you are too busy with lots of work to do every day that you have no time to do two important things that leader must do , then you should be sure that you have become involved in managerial job too much .
These two things are :
1. Thinking in cold brain
2. Reading
Under such circumstances, one have to find out what works he is doing that can be given to other people to do it rightly.
The more one can delegate work to right people, the more the chance of success for the leader.
