Saima Hussain Putul would run country better than Hasina though She lacks experience

I am not  an expert  of leadership, just learning and trying to understand  leadership.But  I know there are some ways  to evaluate who is leader or not . One such way is the words one uses. Listening to her small interview  (almost 13 min) with www.bdnews24.com,TV  I can say  Saima Hussain Putul would be much better leader  and run the country better than her mother Hasina and brother Joy if even she is given responsibilities now though she is lacking experience. But  her understanding of work ethics, success principle    evident  from her choice of words lure me to make such conclusion..  She never used the world Problem, rather used the word challenge. This is a leadership word. She was also using the word collaboration, cooperation and partnership etc.  From her tone, it seems that she knows the importance and meaning of these words  in  making things happen.
