Tarique too have wrong possession/ownership of party- not my party, it must be our party

We all know that leader say “We”, boss says” I”.  Similarly leader should say our, not mine in case of possession of party.  My party, my organization is a wrong possession/ownership, not only wrong  but very dangerous possession/ownership. If any one thinks that this is my party, then he/she can do whatever he/she wants, can become whatever wants to be.  When some one have "My party possession", then he/she expects that whomever he/she appoints in whatever position, his supporters should /must accept it.  But if leader has “our party” possession, then he thinks to appoint such people in important position whom most people will accept.

 If we look back, we will see the dangerous consequences of such my party possession. I read one book, edited by Ramendro Majumder, Which contain many of the lectures of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. In that book, every time Sheikh Mujib referring to AL, he is saying” My party’, not a single time “our party”. We all know where such possession sent him, what he became finally. He became president, Prime Minister whatever he wanted.

In this interview with NTV, we also hear whenever Tarique Rahman is referring to BNP, every time he is saying my party. (But when he was referring to four party alliances, he is saying our alliance).  This is wrong possession of the party. Such wrong possession may not make him like elected Dictator Sheikh Mujib or lead him to 15 August but it will hinder his becoming good leader, great leader. However,  Some people may say that such wrong possession might have played  role in making  some so called reformists  during the last CTG.

 If we look in The Holy Quran, we never see Allah is using me or My When He is referring to something in His possession or something He is doing. Always using plural, we do it or did it or this or that is ours.  He always includes the angels by whom he executes everything though He can do whatever He wants without the help of anyone/anything.

 We have great lesson from Allah’s such possession. Leader has much more to learn from it.

Humility - Another strength of Tarique Rahman

In its simplest form, humility means  being modest and respectuful.  This is importnat for leaders. Because if  a leader  can not respect others, he will not get respect from others  in the long run. Being humble also means , some one is not egoist  or arrogant.

If we   review  Tarique Rahman's  talk, speech and  newspaper reports  on  his  activities, we never  found anything that shows his disrespect for any one, any leader from  other parties.   I think, he has got this quality from his family. His mother also never shows disrespect to any one  by attacking anyone personally in her speech.

 Recent report based on wikileaks shows another form of humility of Tarique Rahman where he says none is irreplaceable. This is another form of his humility/humbleness.

  However, from leadership point of view, we need to learn more about humility.   Youtube is a great source for such  videos.

Only Irgnorant(মুর্খ) politicians can defend such damaging and harmful(ক্ষতিকর ও বিপদজনক) criminal police officers

Two senior level police officers beaten  mercilessly senior opposition leader in the parliament.  Has govt been benefited  by their  heinous crime? or it caused huge damage to the govt?

Who other than ignorant(মুর্খ ) politicians can think that  such heinous crime benefited them?  If  our Home Minister and  Prime Minister  are not thinking so, then why they defending those two criminals and  taking no action  against them?  Only ignorant  can allow police to harass  the victim more and cause further damage.

মুর্খ ছাড়া কে আছে যে নিজের ভাল বোঝে না?

O Allah get us rid of these ignorant politicians ASAP.

Is there any scope or did you expect that they would oppose for romantic reason?

Recently , Sheikh Fazlul karim Selim threatened BNP  that they would be happy if BNP resign and they would  make Ershad household(গৃহপালিত )opposition leader in the parliament during budget lecture. See here 

In response to  this  lecture of   Selim, Some leaders of that party reacted.  Most funny reaction was from Obaidul Quader.  He said that that lecture by Selim was Political lecture(www.sheershanews.com) If this is political lecture, then which one is not ?  Is there any scope for  a lecture by a politician to be other than political?. Every word uttered  by a politician in political forum is political. What does Quader mean by political?  Is he suffering from shortage of vocabulary?  Or he doesn't understand politics yet?

Not only Quader but also Suranjit Babu also said , BNP is opposing 15th amendment of  consitution for political reason. BNP is political party. For what ever reason they opposes anything is for political reason. Is there any scope for their opposition  to be non political?  Is there any scope  or did you expect that they would  oppose for romantic reason?

 O Allah send us politicians who have clear understanding of politics.

Past doesn't ensure future, does it?

"অতিতে কখনো আন্দোলনের মুখে আওয়ামীলিগ সরকারে পতন হয়নি।"  তাই এবারো হবে না।এটাই আওয়ামিলিগ সরকারের শীর্ষমহল ও  কট্ট্রর সমর্থকদের ধারনা।

কিন্তু অতীত(Past) কি ভবিষ্যতের(Future) নিশ্চয়তা দেয় ?  তারও আগে প্রশ্ন , আওয়ামীলিগ কয় টার্ম আর কয় বছর ক্ষমতায় ছিল তাদের ৬০ বছরের ইতিহাসে?

৯৬-২০০১ এ যেহেতু  আওয়ামীলিগ তত্তাবধায়ক সরকারেরে কাছে ক্ষমতা ছেড়ে নির্বাচন করবে, এটা জনগনের কাছে  পরিষ্কার ছিল বলে জনগন  সরকারের পত্তনের জন্য  উন্মোখ ছিল না।  কিন্তু এখন যখন জনগনের কাছে পরিষ্কার যে, হারার ডরে  ঢাকা সিটি কর্পোরশনের ইলেকশন(Election) দিচ্ছে না , আওয়ামিলিগ ভোট চুরি করে আবার ক্ষমতায় আসতে চাচ্ছে , তখন জনগন যে ঘরে চুপ করে বসে থাকবে না  তার প্রমান কিন্তু আজকের তেল গ্যাস রক্ষা কমিটির  হরতলালে প্রমান হয়েছে।  কলেজ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের(University) সাধারন ছাত্ররা, যাদের কোন দলের সাথে  সংশিষ্টতা নাই , তারা মাঠে নেমে এসেছিল।

আগে কিন্তু কখনো ফেসবুক ছিল না, কেউ  প্রশ্নও তোলে নাই , আওয়ামিলিগ মুক্তিযুদ্ধে নেতৃত্ব দিয়েছে ত কি হইয়েছে ?   এখন কিন্তু  প্রশ্ন করছে ।

 তাই অতিতে হয় নাই বলে এখন হবে না বলে যারা  নাকে তেল দিয়ে ঘুমাচ্ছেন, শস্তির ঢেকুর তোলছেন   তারা  শীঘ্রি টের পাবেন  যে সময় বদলাইছে ।
আর যখন এটা  পরিস্কার হয়ে যাবে যে, স্বাভাবিক প্রক্রিয়ায়  ১। বর্বর নারী নির্যাতঙ্কারী,২।  ভন্ড ও বিপজনকভাবে সাম্প্রদায়ীক,৩।  সরকারী কর্মকর্তাদেরকে বর্বরভাবে নির্যাতনাকারী, ৪।  চেতনার ব্যবসায়ী,  আওয়ামিলিগকে সরানোর  পথ বন্ধ , তখন যে   দুই চার জনবাজ অস্বাভাবিক প্রক্রিয়ার সরাবে না , তার যেমন নিশ্চ্য়ত্তা নাই।  আছে কি ? অতীত কি বলে ? অতীতে সরিয়েছে বলে ভবিষ্যতেও সরাবে , তারও নিশ্চয়তা নাই।

 অনিশ্চয়তার(Uncertainity) দোলাচলে দেশ আবার, এ আমাদের দশ বারটা ডক্টরেট ডিগ্রী ক্রয়কারী মাথা খারাপ হাসিনা আপার অনন্য কারিশমা।
